CycleOne A.I.M. Racing is a program that promotes the enjoyment of
bike racing, physical achievement, safe cycling practices, and the
social benefits of group athletics. Our team meets twice weekly for
indoor training sessions. These consist of cycling intervals, power
training work and technique drills. We train on the hilly roads west of
Portland in Washington County. CycleOne A.I.M. Racing is a full
service racing program that provides a full season trainining blueprint,
with skills clinics, road rides, and video presentations for education
and entertainment.
The goal of our cycling program is to provide an opportunity for
average folks to experience extraordinary satisfaction in the pursuit
of athletic endeavor. It is also our mission to encourage the
principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship.
Participation in our program is open to everyone in the metro
Portland area, including Beaverton, Hillsboro and surrounding areas.
We are dedicated to the idea that fitness should be fun and life
should be more physical. We regularly engage in public service events that encourage cycling as a means of everyday transportation, ensuring that our group is an asset to the community and a leader in the promotion of cycling as a means of transportation, fitness and fun. Bicycling as a means of transportation as well as serious recreation.
The CycleOne A.I.M. Racing Team is supported by CycleOne Coaching and Therapeutics Associates A.I.M. (Athletic Institute of Medicine). The team is now in its inaugural season of competition. Complete with professional coaching, strength training, nutritional guidance, and racing tactics, 2010 will be a stellar year in our development as a force in the Oregon racing scene.
